For You

Is This Retreat for You?

Kairos may be for you if you are seeking something quieter than a holiday and deeper than a yoga class.

This retreat may be for you if you feel called to:

  • reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm
  • experience Mallorca in a slower, more meaningful way
  • explore yoga as inner work, not only physical movement
  • rest, reflect, write, swim, breathe, and simply be
  • receive guidance without being told who to become
  • spend time in nature, with all its beauty, sound, texture, and aliveness

Kairos is especially suited for those moving through transition, exhaustion, emotional heaviness, creative change, or a quiet inner knowing that something needs to shift.

The Space

This Is Not a Resort Retreat

Kairos is beautiful, but it is not manicured luxury.

It is an old Mallorcan finca surrounded by rural quiet, open sky, birdsong, frogs, insects, geckos, stone, heat, wind, and the natural rhythm of the land.

The pool is a living pool, cleaned by aquatic plants rather than chlorine. In the warmer months, it becomes a refreshing place to cool the body and return to the simplicity of water.

The finca is off-grid, with the comforts needed for a peaceful stay, including Wi-Fi, while inviting a more mindful relationship with water, electricity, and consumption.

This is not the place for those seeking a polished wellness resort, a crowded yoga escape, or a fitness-focused holiday.

It is for those who are willing to meet nature as it is , and themselves as they are.

What the Retreat Includes

Every retreat is personal. The details are shaped according to your needs, your timing, and the kind of experience you are seeking.

Your stay may include daily yoga, pranayama, meditation, fresh vegetarian meals, rest, swimming, silence, journaling, and time to explore the first three chakras through body, breath, and awareness.

Retreats are held for a minimum of two nights and a maximum of five nights, allowing enough time for the body and mind to settle into the experience.

Mango teaches in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, and English, so retreats and classes can be held in the language that feels most natural to you.

Mango’s Role

Mango welcomes guests into the finca with warmth, care, and deep respect for the work each person brings with them.

She offers structure, practice, nourishment, presence, and the wisdom of more than thirty years of lived yogic study across India, Thailand, France, and Mallorca. Her background includes Hatha Yoga, Kundalini, Iyengar lineage, pranayama, meditation, silent retreats, raw food, Ayurveda, and classical yogic texts.

But Mango is not here to do the work for you.

She creates the conditions. She offers the tools. She holds the space.

How deeply you enter is yours to choose.

The Teaching

The First Three Chakras

Much of Mango’s teaching begins with the first three chakras: foundation, relationship, and inner power.

These are not treated as decorative symbols, but as living aspects of human experience , the body, belonging, emotion, desire, will, courage, and the way we move through the world.

A full exploration of all seven chakras cannot be rushed. At Kairos, the first three are given time because they are the ground from which deeper transformation begins. The retreat booklet also frames the first three chakras as the focus because they are directly connected to matter, daily life, and the foundations of inner work.

Are You Being Called to Go Deeper?

A Holistic Approach to the First Three Chakras is an introduction to the foundation of Mango’s teaching. The first three chakras, root, sacral, and solar plexus, are where the deepest layers of human experience live: how we inhabit our bodies, how we relate to others, and how we step into our own power.

Mango returns to these three centres in every retreat and class because she has found, through more than thirty years of practice across India, Thailand, France, and Mallorca, that this is where lasting transformation begins. The deeper the ground, the higher the work can go.

Written from lived experience rather than theory, this booklet is a clear and grounded starting point for anyone drawn to understanding why the first three chakras matter, and what it means to work with them consciously.
